Troutman Pepper Locke’s Josh Kaplowitz will be speaking twice at the 2025 Offshore Technology Conference, held in Houston, Texas, from May 5-8, 2025. Josh will be a keynote speaker at the “Beyond Wind Turbines – Understanding Presidential Energy Directives and the Energy Project Landscape,” which he will examine the United States offshore wind over the last 20 years.
Additionally, Josh will be speaking in the “Charting the Energy Addition – Offshore Wind’s Rising Influence” session, which will address the evolving energy landscape and the critical steps needed over the next five years. Assessing the current energy mix and how it must transform to meet future demand, highlighting the offshore wind sector’s role as a key driver in the global energy transition, and examine real-world hotspots—highlighting both successes and challenges—to discover what can be learned from these experiences.
