2026 EBA Energy Forum

Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel
2800 Potomac Avenue
Arlington, VA 22202

Troutman Pepper Locke Partners Misha Tseytlin and Donna Byrne will take part in the “Post-Chevron Appellate Practitioner” panel at the 2026 EBA Energy Forum. The session is scheduled for Friday, October 8, at 4:15 pm at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel in Arlington, VA. Tseytlin, head of the firm’s Appellate and Supreme Court Practice Group, will serve as a panelist, while Byrne will moderate the discussion.

The panel will bring together leading appellate practitioners to examine the sweeping implications of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn the Chevron doctrine and what that shift means for energy regulation and administrative law. The discussion is expected to cover how courts are now approaching agency deference in the absence of Chevron, the strategies practitioners are deploying to navigate this new landscape, and the downstream effects on regulatory challenges in the energy sector.
