The ABA will seek 18 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states, and 21.6 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states. Including 4 hours of Ethics and Professional Responsibility CLE credit in 60-minute states and 4.8 hours of CLE credit in 50-minute states.
