Troutman Pepper Director of Diversity & Inclusion Tiffany Southerland will present on a panel titled, "Best Practices for Establishing and Maintaining a Successful DEI Program," as part of an alumni speaker series at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. She earned her JD from the law school in 2011.
Presented by the Office of Equity and Inclusion (E&I) in collaboration with E&I's Alumni Advisory Board, the Law Alumni Society's Board of Managers, and the Law Alumni Society's DEI Subcommittee, the virtual conversation will highlight best practices in DEI, featuring Penn Carey Law alumni who are actively engaged in DEI efforts around the country.
