Program Description
Please join Deborah Enea and Tricia McNeill for Builder Baskets & Grower Baskets on Tuesday, October 8 at 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. ET. This session will provide an analysis of the uses of builder and grower baskets in negative covenants. Participants will receive a drafting exercise at the conclusion of the training to complete over the following week. On Tuesday, October 15 at 2:00 – 2:30 p.m. ET, participants will reconvene for a short practicum session to review their markup against a model and discuss any questions with Deborah and Tricia.
