This three-part webinar series will contain an intensive discussion of federal income tax issues your company will face, audit issues being raised by the IRS, and other current issues. Additionally, validating source/target references and legal language in the document is usually done manually and prone to human error. With an increasing number of state bars adopting the ABA’s Model Rule 1.1 [8] of maintaining competence in relevant technology, learning about the technology available to aid your practice is essential.
