Austin Associate Cole Hutchison, a member of Locke Lord’s Energy Practice Group, has been named to Austin Monthly’s Top Attorneys 2024 in the Government and Administrative category. Honorees were selected based on peer nominations from attorneys in the Austin area who nominated up to three attorneys per practice area whom they would trust with the legal care of themselves or their families.

Hutchison is an administrative law and regulatory attorney with vast experience in front of governmental bodies. He has represented clients in administrative appeals and subsequent litigation in district and appellate courts. His practice extends to advising clients on regulatory compliance matters with an emphasis on Texas energy markets and regulations. (BOSTON) June 3, 2024 Andrea L. Martin has joined Locke Lord’s Boston office as a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. With a broad range of dispute resolution capabilities, Martin expands the Firm’s service offerings across the Northeast and nationally.

Martin, who joins Locke Lord from Burns & Levinson, served as general counsel and co-chair of its business litigation and dispute litigation group. She has been an advocate for individuals and corporations for nearly two decades in various disputes and litigation venues, including government agencies, state and federal courts and appeals courts.

Providence Associate Nicole Chakraborty, a member of Locke Lord’s Corporate and Transactional Practice Group‎, has been named to Rhode Island Lawyers Weekly’s Excellence in the Law list as an Up & Coming Lawyer honoree. Lindsey Kress, based in Locke Lord’s San Francisco office, has been named to the Super Lawyers® 2024 Northern California Rising Stars list.

The Northern California Rising Stars list recognizes the area’s top attorneys age 40 and younger or who are in the first 10 years of practice. Northern California Rising Stars are selected through process of nomination, independent research and peer evaluation.
