Troutman Pepper Associate Brett Tarver will be speaking on the panel “Expert Exposé” during the ABA’s Current Events in Business Litigation Conference – What You Need to Know. The program will be held at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. Troutman Pepper Associate Kimberly Delk Eason will be the moderator.
The panel will look at developments in expert discovery, proposed amendments to FRE 702 and the shift away from outdated Daubert case law when courts consider the admissibility of expert evidence. They will discuss the timeline and role of the experts throughout the life of a case, and how to best utilize experts early on.
