Session 1: In today’s diverse workforce, it is common to find employees from multiple generations working side by side. This dynamic can present unique legal and practical challenges and opportunities for organizations. Using examples from the TV series The Z-Suite as a framework, this CLE program will explore the complexities of managing a multigenerational workforce in law firms, corporations, and other organizations, and discuss best practices for mitigating the legal risks.

Session 2: Participants will work collaboratively through a hypothetical scenario and discuss the various legal issues presented in the scenario, which includes corporate, M&A, data privacy, employment, and environmental law issues. Following the group discussions, subject matter experts in each of the substantive legal areas addressed in the scenario will present an analysis of the key legal issues to the attendees.
