Peter Jeydel will speak on a panel to present “Foreign Filing Licenses: Key Considerations, First Filing Requirements, Design Patent Unique Issues, Export Controls” as part of a Strafford live webinar. The program will take place on Tuesday, February 24, from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. ET.
This webinar will guide patent counsel on foreign filing restrictions and licenses and will review export control considerations and common pitfalls in that process. The panel will discuss filing restrictions and requirements in key jurisdictions, including the U.S., China, India, the UK, and other countries, and will address unique issues that design patent applications face, as well as export control issues relevant to both utility and design patents. The program will also offer best practices for avoiding foreign filing mistakes and export control violations.
