Bradley Weber, a co-leader of Troutman Pepper Locke’s Antitrust Practice Group, was quoted in the May 30, 2025 National Law Journal article, “FTC’s Merger Settlement Signals Its Willingness to Negotiate, Structure Approval, Lawyers Say.”
