This session will present current and future Generative AI use cases in discovery, how they work, and what factors should be considered when deciding if, when, and how Generative AI should be used. The dialogue leaders will analyze to what extent the existing rules and case law provide an adequate framework for using Generative AI in discovery and identify gaps in existing guidance.
