From lawsuits challenging the Ivy League’s prohibition against athletic scholarships to a flurry of cases involving NCAA athletes’ ability to monetize their name, image, and likeness (“NIL”) rights, college-related antitrust litigation has proliferated in recent years. This CLE program will explore leading and ongoing antitrust litigation aimed at impacting the lives of college students and athletes, along with the repercussions of the Supreme Court’s decision in NCAA v. Alston in the world of college sports and beyond.
Attend this CLE program to hear antitrust practitioners who have litigated matters in a variety of industries, including lawsuits brought against universities, as they examine these recent antitrust developments at the college level.
