Thursday, April 15 • 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. ET
Jeremy Heep will be speaking during the "Resolving International Commercial Disputes: Arbitration and Mediation Trends" webinar hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration. The webinar will be held on April 15, 2021 from 1:00 pm ET to 2:30 pm ET.
International arbitration is often described as the preferred mechanism and most practical tool for adjudicating cross-border disputes. It is also a complex world unto itself, with its own practices and rules, and an alphabet soup of dispute resolution service providers around the world.
In-house and outside counsel as well as students beginning their practice will benefit from this interactive roundtable discussion on the advantages of arbitrating international disputes, recent institutional innovations, and key points to consider to effectively and efficiently manage and resolve disputes.
This program will also touch upon developments and the panelists’ experience with the mediation of international disputes, particularly in light of the recent Singapore Convention on Mediation requiring signatories to recognize and enforce mediated settlement agreements.
This program is free, will be hosted on Zoom, and provide an opportunity for networking following the event.
