The national nonprofit named the trio among its Journey to Justice 2024 Honorees for their work to help survivors and advance the organization’s mission to end gender-based violence.
The attorneys will receive the organization’s Pro Bono Team award during its annual awards reception on June 5, 2024. The Tahirih Justice Center is a national nonprofit that has served over 30,000 immigrant survivors fleeing gender-based violence since 1997. The organization has five locations, including D.C., and takes an interdisciplinary, trauma-informed approach in serving U.S. immigrant survivors.
