NEW YORK – Troutman Pepper has been named among New York’s top 40 real estate law firms by The Real Deal, a leading U.S. real estate news outlet. Troutman Pepper recorded nearly a dozen deals totaling $301.16 million over a one-year period, earning the 38th spot on the list.
To determine the city’s top real estate law firms, The Real Deal analyzed more than 50,000 transactions for commercial and residential properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens recorded in the city register between July 15, 2021, and July 14, 2022.
