Agustin Rodriguez will be participating on a panel discussion titled “Trade Protectionism & Supply Chain Adaptation – Navigating Regulatory & Policy Shifts.” At the upcoming New Approaches to Tobacco Control & Harm Reduction Summit on September 22, during UN week in New York City. This panel examines how rising trade protectionism, tariffs, and IP enforcement are reshaping global supply chains in the nicotine and harm reduction sectors. Panelists will discuss how companies can adapt to evolving trade policies, maintain market access, and manage regulatory uncertainty and cross-border disputes.

The Fourth Annual New Approaches to Tobacco Control & Harm Reduction Summit will focus on how policy, innovation, and technological advancements can collectively prevent 1 billion tobacco-related deaths this century. It will bring together a diverse group of professionals from various sectors, including government, public health, policy, advocacy, regulatory, technology, investment, and the scientific community, to discuss and address critical U.S. and global challenges and opportunities related to tobacco control and harm reduction.
