Troutman Pepper Advises AdvancedONE in its Acquisition by Apax-Backed Lexitas

Troutman Pepper assisted AdvancedONE founder and CEO John Anderson for over 10 years beginning with the formation of the business venture. The firm advised AdvancedONE on the initial purchase of the platform business in Philadelphia and then in subsequent add-on transactions in Los Angeles and Dallas and through organic growth in Atlanta. Troutman Pepper also represented AdvancedONE in its financing transactions, including a recapitalization in 2021.
