Troutman Pepper Counsels Concert Golf Partners in Purchase of TPC Jasna Polana

SAN DIEGO – Troutman Pepper client Concert Golf Partners, a golf club-focused investment company, recently announced the purchase of TPC Jasna Polana, a historic private club near Princeton University. For more information, read the press release.

TPC Jasna Polana, a 222-acre private golf club and mansion in New Jersey, known for its 18-hole course designed by Gary Player, has joined Concert Golf Partners as its 34th club in its portfolio. Concert Golf Partners, based near Orlando, is recognized for acquiring top-tier clubs and enhancing member experiences through continuous investment. Selected from 20 bidders, Concert Golf was chosen by the Piasecka Johnson Family to preserve and elevate TPC Jasna Polana, aligning it with other prestigious clubs in their portfolio, including The Club at Pasadera and Gaillardia Country Club.
