ATLANTA – Troutman Pepper was part of a national trial team that secured a defense verdict after a 12-day jury trial in a multi-revision pelvic mesh case in federal court in Florida. This most recent trial win follows the team’s successful defense in another ten-day federal jury trial in California. Troutman Pepper has represented Johnson & Johnson in the litigation for over a decade, serving as lead trial counsel as well as being part of the national discovery team.
