Troutman Pepper Locke Improves Rankings Across Key Private Equity and Venture Capital League Tables

NEW YORK – Troutman Pepper Locke was recognized among the most active legal advisors in the deal market in Q2 2026, with improved rankings across several private equity, venture capital, and M&A league tables released by PitchBook, The Deal, and LSEG.

The firm ranked No. 18 among private equity law firms nationally in The Deal’s Q2 2026 Private Equity League Tables, climbing 16 spots from Q1 2026. The firm also ranked No. 18 most active in U.S. private equity, No. 12 most active in representing U.S. companies, and No. 11 most active in energy in PitchBook’s Q2 2026 Global League Tables, each an improvement from Q1 2026. In venture capital, the firm ranked No. 10 in health care devices and supplies and No. 11 in health care services and systems.
