Troutman Pepper Names Delia Donahue Office Managing Partner in Princeton, New Jersey
PRINCETON, NJ – Troutman Pepper announced today that Delia Donahue, a partner in the Finance and Restructuring Practice Group, will become office managing partner (OMP) of the Princeton, NJ office, effective May 1, 2022. In addition to Donahue, Troutman Pepper also announced that four other attorneys have been named as new OMPs in the firm’s Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco offices.

Clients trust Donahue to guide them in their corporate finance decisions and help them manage complex commercial lending transactions, restructurings, and workouts. She represents borrowers and lenders in real estate acquisition and development loans, asset-based loans, including equipment, inventory and receivables financing, construction loans, fund finance, including subscription facilities and partner loans, affordable housing loans, working capital lines of credit, and any number of other commercial loan facilities. Donahue is experienced in the corporate finance area, working on the debt aspects of asset and stock acquisitions and private equity investments. She also has handled warehouse lending and mezzanine lending transactions and negotiated complex legal opinions for multi-state finance and other commercial transactions.
In addition to her successful legal practice, Donahue is active in a number of civic and charitable organizations and serves on the Scientific Review Committee of Penn Medicine, Princeton Health.
