Troutman Pepper Partner Tracey Diamond Recognized for Mentorship in 2022 New Jersey Legal Awards

PRINCETON, N.J. – Tracey E. Diamond, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, was recognized for her mentorship abilities by the New Jersey Law Journal’s 2022 New Jersey Legal Awards.

Honorees in the ‘Mentors’ category are acknowledged for their abilities to elevate their peers to the next level, whether through formal mentorship programs or by being a strong leader. The panel of judges consisted of senior editorial members at ALM (American Lawyer Media) and external experts.

Focusing her practice on labor and employment, Diamond counsels clients on workplace issues; provides harassment training; conducts internal investigations; drafts policies and procedures; negotiates employment and severance agreements; and advises on independent contractor, FMLA, and ADA compliance issues. In addition to her practice, Diamond is a qualified mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court. She is also the creator and co-host of the firm’s Hiring to Firing Law Podcast and the editor of a blog by the same name. The Hiring to Firing Podcast covers hot-button labor and employment law issues with unique perspectives drawing on pop culture and hit shows and movies.
