Troutman Pepper Strategies Chair Robb Willis Named #1 Lobbyist in Georgia by JAMES Magazine

ATLANTA – Robb Willis, chairman of Troutman Pepper Strategies, the governmental affairs subsidiary of the national law firm Troutman Pepper, was named the top lobbyist in the state of Georgia in the September issue of JAMES magazine, an influential publication read by those helping to shape public opinion on major issues across Georgia.

In addition to the #1 ranking, Willis is on the “Hall of Fame” list for lobbyists, and Troutman Pepper Strategies was named the #2 lobbying firm. Governmental affairs specialists Matt Ralston and Ragen Marsh also made the list of top lobbyists.

According to JAMES, the rankings are based on the results of an online survey sent to subscribers and lobbyists and government affairs specialists statewide. The magazine also consulted with a select bipartisan advisory group of state lawmakers to help “ensure that the rankings are as comprehensive and accurate as possible.”
