In the first installment, our attorneys, Abigail Hazlett and Emma Trivax, will discuss the intricacies of pharmacy-related disciplinary procedures. Their discussion will include the importance of disclosures in the license application and renewal process, strategies for responding to disciplinary procedures, the benefits and approaches for conducting internal audits and reviews, and the legal and operational implications for a pharmacy subject to a disciplinary proceeding.
This program is approved for MCLE credit for California, Illinois, New Jersey (through reciprocity), New York (newly admitted and experienced), and Pennsylvania. Troutman Pepper will automatically seek credit in the states where we have office locations unless state restrictions apply. Credit for other jurisdictions may be available upon request.
