Troutman Pepper’s P. Thao Le Named to Law360’s Mergers and Acquisitions Editorial Advisory Board

PHILADELPHIA – P. Thao Le, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Corporate Practice Group, has been selected to serve on Law360’s Mergers and Acquisitions Editorial Advisory Board, which provides feedback on Law360’s coverage and expert insight on how to best shape future coverage. This is Le’s second year on the board.

Le focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment transactions. She has represented operating companies, private equity and venture funds and portfolio companies in a wide range of industries in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and other corporate transactions.

Le has experience in private investment formation and representing institutional investors in their investments in private investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds and fund-of-funds, with a focus on advising on fund formation issues, operation and distribution of investment funds, and compliance with federal securities laws and general corporate and business laws.
