Two Troutman Pepper Partners Recognized as ‘Legal Elite’ by Georgia Trend Magazine

ATLANTA – Troutman Pepper partners David Golden and Gary Marsh have been named to Georgia Trend Magazine’s “2021 Legal Elite,” an annual listing of Georgia’s top attorneys as selected by their peers across 16 different areas of law.

David Golden is a partner in the firm’s Private Wealth Management Practice Group. His work involves a variety of matters relating to state and federal taxation of corporations, partnerships, individuals, tax exempt entities, and industrial development bonds. His practice also includes planning, compliance, transactions, and civil tax controversies, and a full range of trust and estate planning services.

Gary Marsh focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy, workouts, debtor and creditor law, and general commercial litigation. As a partner in the firm’s Finance and Restructuring Practice Group, he represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and litigation. Marsh has deep industry experience with health care, energy, and real estate insolvencies.
