Devin represents real estate funds, REITs, foreign and domestic pension funds, foreign sovereign wealth funds, state retirement systems, and privately held real estate investment managers in transactions across the U.S. Additionally, Devin counsels local and national developers and entrepreneurial investors in the retail, office, industrial, multifamily, infrastructure, and renewable sectors.

• Represented a domestic real estate fund with respect to the acquisition of a 95% interest in a joint venture acquiring a NASCAR stadium to be redeveloped into 6.6 million-square-feet of logistics facilities and the initial $750 million mortgage and mezzanine construction financing for the project.
• Represented an infrastructure fund with respect to the acquisition of telecom, infrastructure, solar, wind, utility, and data center assets throughout the U.S.
• Represented a domestic real estate fund with respect to a $720 million acquisition of a portfolio of logistics facilities and the lease back to the seller/developer/operator.
• Represented a domestic real estate fund with respect to its acquisition, joint venture, and financing of a $710 million industrial portfolio located throughout the U.S.
• Represented a German pension fund with respect to its acquisition, joint venture, and financing of a $285 million office and retail project in Miami Beach, FL.
• Represented a domestic core fund with respect to its $183 million acquisition of a retail town center outside of Philadelphia, PA.
• Represented a Korean pension fund with respect to a $240 million refinancing of an office building in Chicago, IL.
• Represented a Korean pension fund with respect to its acquisition of and joint venture in a $540 million office building in Midtown Manhattan.
• Represented a domestic value-add fund with respect to its $200 million acquisition of two office buildings in San Jose, CA.
• Represented a national grocery store chain with respect to its acquisition and development of new stores and distribution centers along the East Coast.
• Represented real estate funds and companies with respect to acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and developments of retail, office, industrial, and multifamily (including build for rent) projects throughout the U.S.
• Represented property owners and tenants across the U.S. with respect to retail, industrial, and office leasing (including build-to-suit and headquarters leases) and other aspects of asset management.
