Tucker focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, representing clients in matters involving trademark infringement, patent infringement, copyright infringement, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, unfair competition, deceptive trade practices, false advertising, and publicity rights, as well as general commercial litigation. He assists clients in obtaining protection for their intellectual property, including federal trademark registrations, enforcing existing IP rights, and advising on emerging artificial intelligence issues related to IP.

Tucker has extensive experience in all aspects of IP and commercial litigation, from pre-litigation investigations to complex Markman hearings and jury trials.
