Adam is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation group and focuses his practice on all aspects of civil litigation in Pennsylvania state and federal courts, and in international arbitrations and related enforcements. He is particularly experienced in business-to-business disputes, corporate securities issues, commercial real estate disputes, and a variety of higher education matters.

Adam’s clerkship experiences in PA state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels, informs his insights into procedural issues. He works with our trial, appellate, and arbitration teams throughout the entire case, including arguing dispositive motions, discovery, and trial preparation, and also serves as lead counsel.
