Alex is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation practice. Alex represents clients in a broad range of complex disputes in both state and federal courts, including at the trial and appellate levels.

Alex has experience in real estate litigation involving commercial and industrial properties and development projects; constitutional challenges arising from elections in both federal trial and appellate courts; Georgia Open Records Act compliance and litigation; business tort and breach-of-contract actions; high-exposure product liability matters; wrongful death and other serious personal injury cases; and health care provider-insurer disputes concerning reimbursement, coverage, and related issues. He also regularly handles appeals under the Georgia Superior and State Court Appellate Practice Act and has represented an incarcerated individual in extensive habeas corpus proceedings as part of his pro bono practice.
