Alex is an associate in the firm's Employee Benefits + Executive Compensation practice. He assists clients on all aspects of employee benefit and executive compensation matters, including the design and administration of qualified employee benefit plans, health and welfare plans, cafeteria plans, stock options, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and other equity and/or incentive-based compensation plans.
Alex graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law where he earned his J.D., cum laude. While in law school, he served on the managing board for the Georgia Law Review and also represented clients in various veterans affairs matters as a member of the UGA Veterans Clinic. Prior to attending law school, he graduated summa cum laude from Georgia Southern University with an M.B.A. and his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in biological sciences from the University of Georgia.
