Alex counsels clients as they navigate complex legal challenges, including high-stakes litigation, regulatory compliance issues, and enforcement actions. She represents clients in government and internal investigations relating to allegations of fraud, antitrust issues, False Claims Act violations, Anti-Kickback statute violations, and a variety of other regulatory and compliance matters.

Alex’s diverse practice also includes representing clients in employment matters, trade secret litigation, post-transactional matters, and other complex commercial disputes, and defends companies and individuals in white collar criminal matters. Her experience includes representing clients in matters before state attorneys general, the FTC, the DOJ, the SEC, the DOL, the U.S. Congress, and other state and federal agencies.

Alex works with a wide range of clients, from financial institutions and service providers to health care companies and individuals facing criminal charges. She has extensive experience working with government-regulated small business lenders, health care providers and insurance companies, and educational institutions.
