Andrew focuses his practice on representing banks and financial institutions in connection with structured finance and securitization transactions.

Andrew regularly advises financial institutions that provide agency, corporate trust, and other related services in their various roles, such as trustee, collateral agent, collateral administrator, administrative agent, custodian, and securities intermediary.

Andrew also has significant experience with a wide range of financing transactions, including collateralized loan obligations, asset-backed financings, securitizations, and senior debt financings. He guides clients on many new debt issuances, as well as post-closing matters, including defaults, liquidations, amendments, redemptions, refinancings, and assignment transactions.
