Andrew Slear

Andrew has worked on the e-discovery phase of a wide variety of proceedings, including class actions, multidistrict litigations, government investigations, and both state and federal matters in the product liability, antitrust, white collar criminal defense and intellectual property contexts. He has significant experience with responsiveness, privilege and issue review, including quality control and witness preparation. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew’s background included commercial general liability and business auto insurance coverage both as an adjuster and as class action defense counsel.

Andrew leverages modern e-discovery technologies to efficiently perform responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality and issue reviews. Thereafter, he conducts targeted searches to identify key documents needed for motion practice and deposition preparation.
