Andrew’s industry focus in renewable energy and power includes renewable natural gas, residential solar, utility-scale solar, wind, natural resources, water, wastewater, food waste, agricultural waste, waste-to-energy, and other infrastructure. He counsels clients in financial and corporate transactions, including public-private partnerships and other alternative project delivery structures.

Andrew is also involved in the firm’s pro bono practice, where he assists parents of children with disabilities in the D.C. public school system in obtaining special education services.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was an associate at a national law firm, and before that, an associate at a public finance and infrastructure boutique law firm, where he focused on public-private partnerships and the procurement and implementation of public infrastructure on an alternative project delivery basis in the water treatment, wastewater treatment, renewable energy, recycling, and solid waste sectors.
