Before retiring, Ann-Marie focused her practice on advising public and private companies, including many family/founder-owned businesses in a variety of corporate matters, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and commercial transactions.

Ann-Marie had extensive experience representing multinational companies in connection with U.S. merger and acquisition transactions and operations, and coordinating multidiscipline and multijurisdictional teams across the globe, with a focus on Japanese public-companies. Additionally, she often served as lead outside counsel, managing the provision of all legal services required to meet a client’s needs.
