Anthony serves as counsel within the Finance + Banking Practice Group. He possesses more than 20 years of experience in structured products, structured finance, asset-backed finance and warehouse agreements, and other structured credit transactions. With a broad corporate background, he assists fintech clients in capital markets transactions, including debt and preferred stock offerings. Anthony also has experience representing banks, funds, and corporate end users in swap documentation, including ISDA master agreements and credit support documentation.
