Anthony focuses his practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction-related claims. He counsels and represents owners, construction managers, EPC contractors, general contractors, and subcontractors in all phases of the construction process and on a wide range of projects including water and wastewater treatment systems, coal and gas-fired power plants, and other heavy industrial and commercial construction projects.
Before joining the firm, Anthony was an associate with an AM Law 100 firm in New York where he focused on securities litigation, including DOJ and SEC regulatory investigations and FCPA compliance. He was previously seconded to a global financial services firm in Hong Kong where he worked on securities class-action defense and various arbitrations before both the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the London Court of International Arbitration.
Anthony has been a contributing author on several articles for the firm’s construction blog, constructlaw.com, and has co-authored multiple articles for legal publications including AGC Law in Brief and The Legal Intelligencer.
