Antonino Grillo focuses on complex construction litigation and arbitration. He represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and designers in disputes involving large-scale technology and defense, mass transit, and heavy industrial and commercial projects.

Antonino manages matters from pre-suit investigation through hearings and trial, including drafting pleadings, claim submissions, and witness statements, as well as conducting written and e-discovery. His experience spans state and federal courts and both domestic and international arbitration, as well as mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes. In addition to his litigation practice, Antonino drafts and negotiates construction contracts to help clients minimize disputes and protect their interests. He also is a contributor to Troutman Pepper Locke’s ConstructLaw Blog, which discusses recent cases and current issues in construction law.

Additionally, Antonino maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing primarily on representing low-income tenants in landlord–tenant disputes and assisting individuals with the formal name‑change process in Pennsylvania.
