Ashley L. Palmer

Ashley is an attorney in the firm’s Consumer Financial Services practice, where she represents creditors and financial services companies in consumer collections litigation and regulatory compliance matters. She handles matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting depositions, arguing hearings, negotiating settlements, and participating in mediation. She has experience with Claim of Exemption hearings, pretrial and post-trial motion practice, and Consumer Bill of Rights compliance.

Ashley brings in-house and government experience to her practice. She served as staff counsel at Midland Credit Management, where she handled consumer collections litigation, negotiated hardship-based settlements, and represented the company in state and federal court proceedings. She previously was an assistant state attorney in Florida’s 13th Judicial Circuit.
