Ayo A. Adaranijo

Ayo advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and infrastructure funds on corporate transactions, including private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Her experience spans the energy, transportation, infrastructure, aviation, life insurance and annuities, data center, and rail sectors. Ayo drafts and negotiates key transaction documents, leads due diligence and closing workstreams, and manages initial bidding processes for both public and private company sales, including cooperation, alliance, and joint venture agreements for aviation clients.

Ayo maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting with nonprofit formation and governance, drafting early-stage funding agreements for impact organizations, and work on a compassionate release motion during the COVID‑19 pandemic.
