Batul focuses her practice on representing commercial real estate lenders, developers, and owners on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate, including with respect to retail and hospitality properties, mixed-use developments, multifamily assets, industrial properties, and student housing. She also has experience in repurchase and warehouse credit facility platforms.
