Ben is a litigator who represents medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and health care sector clients in complex litigation. He has assisted in all aspects of discovery, helped prepare federal appellate oral arguments, and served as on-the-ground trial support.

He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. While in law school, Ben served as an executive justice for the Moot Court Board and received the Hunt National Moot Court Award.

Ben’s experience includes serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Charlene E. Honeywell in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

  • Ahmed v. Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Inc. et al., No. 1:22-cv-190 (S.D. Ala.) (2024) – Assisted trial counsel for DePuy Orthopaedics and Johnson & Johnson in a hip implant case. Secured a complete defense verdict.
  • King v. DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., et al., No. CV-23-00196-PHX-SMB (D. Ariz.) (2024) – Assisted trial counsel for DePuy Orthopaedics and Johnson & Johnson in hip implant case. Secured a complete defense verdict.
  • In re Pelvic Mesh/Gynecare Litigation, Case No. 291 (New Jersey Sup. Ct.) – Worked with national counsel in managing more than 12 cases through discovery in New Jersey Multi-County Litigation (MCL) relating to product liability claims for pelvic mesh products.
