Berkeley has been with the firm’s Multifamily Housing Finance Practice Group for 14 years and reviews title commitments and surveys in connection with financing of apartment complexes and mobile home parks, negotiates with the title companies and surveyors to obtain final loan proformas and surveys. In addition, work with the Lender Clients, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation and Fannie Mae to provide the information they require for loan closing and securitization.
