Betsy is an associate in the firm’s Regulatory Investigations, Strategy + Enforcement Practice Group. She helps clients navigate government-facing matters, including regulatory hurdles, complex investigations, and associated criminal and civil litigation. Her practice spans a wide range of industries and areas of the law, including health care, the False Claims Act, the Controlled Substances Act, and related state statutes.

While attending law school, Betsy was an associate articles editor for the Georgia State University Law Review. Prior to practicing law, she worked as a journalist and received a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
