Brandon focuses his practice on corporate law, where he represents lenders, investors, and private companies in a wide array of commercial transactions, including debt financings, corporate and securities law matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he represents clients before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) regarding transactions that are notified pursuant to regulations promulgated under the Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act of 2018 (FIRRMA). Brandon also has extensive cross-border experience in both his corporate and CFIUS practices.

  • Assisted Table Talk Pies, a family-owned food manufacturing business, in its sale to Rise Baking Company, a leading bakery manufacturer.
  • Assisted affiliates of Trent Capital Partners in the acquisition of Microporous, a leading manufacturer of high-performance battery separators for lead-acid batteries, and the related debt and equity financing for the acquisition.
  • Assisted ArcLight Capital Partners in acquiring Pride retail chain stores, extending ArcLight’s footprint in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut.
  • Assisted in the representation of Phoenix Tower International in consolidating five senior secured credit facilities into a $2 billion multi-facility transaction.
  • Assisted Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology Co., Ltd., with a $40 million Series A investment in Eirion Therapeutics, Inc.
