Overview

Brenna is an attorney in the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Practice Group. She represents companies in the financial services industry, with a primary focus on credit reporting, consumer lending, and transactions involving non-performing loans.

Brenna handles matters in both federal and state court and has prevailed in several cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Brenna was an associate for a national firm that handled business disputes and commercial litigation. She was the handling attorney for cases involving causes of actions such as breach of contract, insurance bad faith, professional negligence, fraudulent advertising, and more. Brenna has experience defending class actions, as well as representing broker-dealer firms in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

While attending Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, Brenna served as the executive editor of the Loyola Law School International and Comparative Law Review. She also participated in the Poehls-Hobbs District Attorney Practicum, which allowed her to serve as a certified law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, and appear in court and on the record at preliminary hearings.

Brenna also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Julia W. Brand of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
