Brooke Knight

Brooke provides comprehensive support to the firm’s attorneys across dispute litigation, international arbitration, bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, and employment matters. She plays a key role in preparing statements of costs and complex court bundles and in delivering technically demanding litigation work, in addition to a broad range of core paralegal responsibilities.

Brooke has experience supporting case teams on civil fraud and employment matters and has also worked closely with the firm’s anti-money laundering and compliance team. She has a strong working knowledge of English court procedures and the various courts’ procedural rules, and she regularly assists attorneys with the preparation, filing, and service of court documents, contributing to the efficient and effective running of complex matters.

• Brooke’s recent matters include assisting the case team acting for two partners in a renewable energy investment company in English court proceedings against two former partners for breaches of partnership and fiduciary duties. The sum of the claim is approximately £18m (CR-2023-000958: Peter Glenn and Jonathan Slater v. Adam Walker, Jeremy Dyer and Fifty Asset Management Limited).
