A former trial attorney in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, Bryan serves as regional and national trial counsel for clients in courts across more than 30 states, as well as in Canada and the EU, and appears before administrative bodies, including the International Trade Commission.   • In the Matter of Certain Raised Garden Beds and Components Thereof (U.S.I.T.C. and S.D. Tex.). Lead counsel for startup complainant in an ITC investigation and district court litigation concerning raised metal garden beds. Completed one-week trial and obtained Commission decision finding the misappropriation of trade secrets, including issuance of limited exclusion and cease and desist orders; filed subsequent enforcement proceeding (obtained settlement).
